QUICK GUIDE
Step One
FULLY COLONIZE A BAG OF GRAIN
Sterilized Grain Sold Separately
Step Two
MIX COLONIZED GRAIN AND SUBSTRATE IN A MONOTUB WITH A LID
Rough Monotub Dimensions: 22″ x 15″ x 5″
Step Three
STORE MONOTUB UNTIL MIXTURE IS FULLY COLONIZED
In a room without direct sunlight at 68-71 degrees Fahrenheit. The mixture will turn white with mycelium once fully colonized.
10-14 Days
Step Four
REST THE LID UPSIDE-DOWN ON THE BIN
Allow some oxygen into the grow environment by flipping the lid and resting it upside down on the bin. Keep the lid like this until mushrooms begin to pin (grow).
3-4 Days
Step Five
SECURE LID BACK ON THE BIN AND FAN ONCE A DAY
Once per day, remove the lid and fan fresh air into the bin for one minute. Secure the lid back on the bin after fanning.
